The home of the Whistle Stop Cafe.  Juliette is located off the Ocmulgee River and is where the movie ' Fried Green Tomatoes' was filmed in 1991.  There are a series of shops on the street along with a few restaurants.

Plant Scherer

Pictures taken on Friday, October 23rd, 2015.  Plant Schere is located in Juliette, Georgia (Monroe County).  The plant was built in 1982 and is operated by Georgia Power..  On the way back from Macon I took some dirt roads off of HWY 23 and was able to get these photos.

High Falls State Park

Located right across the Butts County line near Forsyth, GA, High Falls State Park is a fun place to go and visit.  The trail that we went on was about 2 miles that goes along the river.  There is a $5.00 fee to park and there are many signs along the trail warning people not to play in the water or on the rocks.
