Rodeo Round-Up Festival in Shady Dale

Saturday parade in Shady Dale, GA.  This parade took place the afternoon before the big rodeo finale.  The Shady Dale Rodeo has taken place for over 30 years in Jasper County and is known throughout the South!  Great work by the Shady Dale Community Club in setting up the parade.  Pictures taken on June 6th, 2015

Monticello, Georgia

I had some free time before the Shady Dale Rodeo parade and went up to Monticello to get a few pictures.  The town is known for its courthouse, which is where the movie, "My Cousin Vinny" was filmed.  In Monticello there is a great sandwich/coffee shop called The Vanilla Bean.   Pictures taken on June 6th, 2015.
