Festival of India - India American Cultural Association
A great event on Saturday (August 7th) at the Gwinnett Arena. The India American Cultural Association held their 7th annual festival that brought in thousands to celebrate Indian culture in Georgia. I was very honored to be invited to attend. The festival was a blast that featured great food and very nice people. Georgia should be very proud of this thriving community in the state!
Little Mulberry Park near Auburn, GA
Drive up to Auburn, GA, cross into Gwinnett County and you will find a great little park that includes paved trails and fishing lake. Pictures taken on August 31st, 2015
Yellow River Park near Lithonia, GA
About 12 miles of walking, cycling and equestrian trails. The trail we followed went along the Yellow River. This is about a 1 hour drive from Athens and is near the DeKalb County line.
